The successful candidate will have the chance to work for a fast expanding FX brokerage in London and work very closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing as well as key members of the team based globally. You will be the specialist in the role to ensure the delivery of working knowledge of technical SEO, On Page SEO and PPC Campaign management.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Strong knowledge of on-site, off-site and technical SEO.
- Knowledge of SEO copy writing and excellent understanding of creating compelling advertising messages for use across search, social, email and digital display channels.
- A strong track record of working within SEO and PPC projects and a full understanding of PPC in order to deliver every aspect of building and managing campaigns across a number of platforms including social, google ads and Microsoft ads.
- Confident executing campaigns from brief through to analysis and optimization.
- A full working knowledge of all reporting, campaign management and tracking tools.
- Report to internal stakeholders on SEO/PPC performance against set KPIs while making insight led recommendations.
- Ability to take ownership over implementation and optimisation of campaigns and manage agencies to gain maximum value from such campaigns.
What you will do:
- Responsible for executing SEO strategies that provide for long-term revenue success while achieving company financial / cost goals.
- Lead comprehensive SEO audits that drive business metrics in a meaningful way to impact conversion and revenue.
- Define and execute their SEO content marketing strategy. Work on backlinking, technical SEO improvements and outreach activities that drive incremental traffic volume and leads.
- Own and optimize their website architecture, navigation and SEO technical requirement.
- Prioritize keywords and landing pages to attract their target audience.
- Monitor and analyse SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rat and more.
- Build systems and best practices to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO.
- Plan, create, deliver, manager, monitor and optimise Paid Campaigns across key digital platforms such a PPC / Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Display.
- Manage, analyse and measure the efficacy of all digital activities to increase paid customer acquisition and lead to sale conversion rates.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns, as well as providing the board with insight into marketing performance, digital marketing KPIS, ROI, web traffic and competitor / customer analysis.
Qualifications:
- University degree
- 3 + years working in similar position.
- In depth understanding of Google Analytics and attributions and Google Tag Manager
- Extensive experience using social media platforms, and PPC campaign software
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral are essential
- Be organised, confidence in self and working as part of a fast-paced team and environment.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance approval processes within financial industry.
