Partnerships Executive
- Working closely with Business Development / Compliance to ensure new business opportunities are compliant with UK and international regulatory requirements
- Updating and maintaining internal partner profile and management systems
- Dealing with partnership contractual agreements
- Providing high quality customer service when dealing with partner queries
- Ensuring all partner related queries are responded to in a professional, courteous and timely manner
- Assisting with the optimization of our partner remuneration processes for partners
- Ensuring that our broker information is disseminated correctly across any outsourced partner marketing
- Working with the partners to develop and implement new procedures/ workflow improvements.
