Recruitment Resourcer: Online Trading Sector
An exciting opportunity has arisen as our Financial Services Recruitment firm are actively looking for a recruitment Resourcer specialising within the online trading sector.
A background or knowledge within the FX / CFDs / crypto industry is essential.
Strong communication and networking skills, attention to detail, mastery in relationship building, people skills, organisation skills and determination are pivotal in this role, combined with a desire to earn significant financial rewards.
The Role
- The main role of a Recruitment Resourcer is to source via advertising and predominantly networking, interview and place candidates into vacancies under the direction of a Recruitment Consultant.
- To undertake desk-based research by networking, identifying and contacting potential candidates across the online trading sector.
- To understand and match the needs of clients and candidates to ensure delivery of high-quality, bespoke recruitment services while contributing directly to the company’s revenue stream

- Previous experience of working within a target driven sales environment
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
- A confident communicator with a mature, client-centric approach and strong work ethic
- Strong networking skills and the ability to establish and develop long-term relationships at all levels
- Strong understanding and previous experience of on-line networking tools, in particular LinkedIn
- Most importantly, the individual will want to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions for our clients
