Operations Executive, 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
This is an exciting opportunity to cover the Senior Operations Executive and work in parallel with the finance team for a 12 full months’ period (maternity cover).
My client is looking for someone to take operational duties within the company, starting from coordinating client’s on boarding to leading projects tracking and execution related to the UK entity, coordinating the systems and control integration with the HQ.
Responsibilities
- KYC activity monitoring and reporting
- Partners fees and mark-up calculations
- MT4 and MT5 manager and administration panels control as well as proprietary platform back office application
- Operations projects ownership, coordination and execution
- Preparation of internal reporting to communicate findings to internal stakeholders
- Clients conditions monitoring where required (overcharges, stop out and margin calls)
- Provide assistance to develop, maintain and improve internal systems: external parties’ communication where required
- Client balances & P&L reconciliation between trading system & accounting ledger, and resolve unreconciled items
- Retail client’s loss calculation
Experience
- Minimum 2 years background in FX industry
- Good knowledge of MT4/MT5 technology is a must
- Project management skills (products deployment, provider switch etc)
Technical
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- C++, VBA or Metaquotes coding is a plus.
