Client Support Executive
Overview
My client is a leading FX and CFD Broker.
They are looking for an all-rounder that is willing and able to get involved in a variety of tasks to help and support Client Services Team.
Typically, the successful candidate will become involved in: –
- Running on-line searches and matching / comparing against internal Company listings
- Administering the set-up of new client accounts
- Dealing with client enquiries via email and telephone
- Processing withdrawal requests from clients
- Taking client deposits over the phone
- Providing technical support regarding their platform and services
- Liaising with international offices regarding new accounts and client support enquiries
- Electronic filing
- Archiving documents
- Mail mergers
- Sending out welcome letters to clients
The Person
- Knowledge of KYC processes.
- The work experience should demonstrate that they have experience communicating. with a variety of different people, particularly on the phone.
- It is important that applicants have excellent written and spoken communication skills. and are confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.
- Financial services experience.
- Experience within a Forex / CFD / Spread betting brokerage
